Purchased the headset to have the ability to roam my office and stay hands free. Meets all expectations. It occasionally has an “echo” but that seems to be fixed by adjusting the ear piece. I would recommend this to a friend!

The unit was easy to set up by using the directions. . . very well written and illustrated. . . to get the most out of the lifter (which I highly recommend getting), please attach the extension. . . since I began using the extension, mine has worked well every time. . . . i love the unit, and would buy another. . . very comfortable to wear. . . . It even has a toll free automated line to call to get the sound right. . . AWESOME!

I hate to write it, but this is another one of those products that are extremely good except for one feature that drives you up the wall. Think about a Ferrari but it can’t take right corners on Tuesdays or a $50 50″ LCD TV with a 40 year product life but if you have short hair the TV won’t show you anything.
Here we have a headset I’ve been using for over a year and it works well but the headset requires very close attention when put back. If you look at the picture you see it’s a wedge-shape, the point of this being that gravity pulls the charge ports from the headset down toward the charge ports on the base unit. The problem is that gravity doesn’t do this. You have to carefully push it down further and while doing so make darn sure the little yellow light is blinking indicating that it’s charging. However, you better not knock it while it’s charging because next time you have a call, like I did this morning, you may not realize that you had knocked it 1mm up allowing its battery to drain!
As I write it out I suppose I could chisel away some of the plastic. Maybe I will so that it seats more freely.
